Own eatery:

For her, this need was filled by creating her eatery. Jo Marie came up with the solution with the Mixx. Customers may get savory soups, sweet fries, and potato salads at this restaurant. Brazil, cookies, and cupcakes are some of the best treats you can get in Germany. Champagne, beer, and wine are always a delight when they’re available. Mixx is dedicated to minimizing its carbon footprint and carrying out its business in an environmentally responsible way.

Delicious brew:

According to several customer evaluations, fresh juices and smoothies are available at The Mixx. One of my favorite locations to get an excellent, gluten-free chicken sandwich while visiting Kansas is the Mixx Leawood. While Kansas City, Missouri, is most known for its excellent barbecue, the city is also home to a bustling arts scene, more fountains than any other city in the world, and Jo-Marie Scaglia’s The Mixx. On my visits to restaurants with gluten-free options, I always make a point of complimenting and thanking the restaurant’s service workers.

Since its founding in 2005, The Mixx has grown to become one of the fastest-growing fast-casual restaurants in the country. I prefer the Hawthorne Plaza, during the original The Mixx restaurant in Overland Park, Kansas. The atmosphere is welcoming, the cleanliness and lighting are impeccable, and the staff is kind and eager to help.

Marie Scaglia, from the year before:

There are a ton of folks here for lunch! My friends, colleagues, parents, and kids are there, and then there’s me. During her ten years in San Francisco, she became deeply influenced by the city’s coastal culture centered on fresh food and local shopping at farmer’s markets. Following her return to Kansas City, Jo Marie was disappointed to discover that the city’s residents lacked access to fast-casual dining options that were both healthful and delectable.

Favorite chicken sandwich:

In my experience, the Mixx Leawood in Kansas City has some of the most incredible chicken sandwiches. To create the “Pretzel Chicken Sando,” I’m always looking for the most flavorful, freshly prepared ingredients that may be piled (sans pretzel). Others who have a little more time after dinner to color and eat cookies will appreciate that the flow is flexible for those with tight schedules.

Spinach salad and garlic aioli:

You can’t go wrong with this dish when you have it with pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, and tomato on top with a spinach salad and garlic aioli on the side. Last year, I had the pleasure of meeting Jo Marie Scaglia on one of my travels, and we had a great conversation about her background and the exquisite dishes she creates. Ultimately, I think it will pay for itself and give us a seat at the table.

The Garden of Eden:

Granny smith apples and a mild sauce accompany gorgonzola cheese in this salad. Vinaigrette with champagne and honey. Cabbage and romaine lettuce are tossed in a hot Sicilian vinaigrette.

Traditional Beet Salad:

Roast sweet potatoes, fresh beets, and hickory-smoked almonds are among the ingredients in this dish—tarragon and shallot vinaigrette for the arugula, as well as the chardonnay.

Fork and knife:

Wild field mushrooms, gorgonzola cheese on top of grilled steak, herb-roasted potatoes, and Balsamic vinaigrette-coated greens in the salad. Topped with grilled salmon from the Atlantic, a bed of wild field mushrooms is julienned.

Cobb’s original formula:

You may choose between balsamic or ranch dressing for your grilled chicken and gorgonzola cheese salad. Salad with roasted turkey, green beans, romaine lettuce, and arugula in garbanzo beans and lentils. Chopped mozzarella cheese and balsamic vinaigrette dress the greens.

Herb vinaigrette with lemon and mint is drizzled over the kale, arugula, and other greens, along with quinoa and other crunchy vegetables. Creamy vinaigrette or a gorgonzola dressing.

Salad rock ‘n’ roll:

An arugula-based salad with cabbage shreds and various other ingredients is served. Vinaigrette of champagne and honey is used to marinate the almonds and scallions, which are smoked over hickory. The “gf” mark they use to identify gluten-free items on their menu is a big help. Everyone is happy and content after yet another delectable entrée. Bass Insalata:
